It is more effective to think with customers who have concerns and how the products and services you provide will help them, rather than focusing on competing with features and prices. It is more important to support software beyond its sales.

Did everyone master PowerPoint or Excel from the beginning? Well, I'm still learning and there's no way I can master it on my own. At first, everyone had a precious family, friends, seniors, and teachers who taught you how to use those. The biggest motivation for me is when my clients who have been onboarded or consulted by me say I'm not only the people they need but also the man who gives them advice they need to drive actual results.

As the leader of the consulting part, my mission is to give a helping hand to those who need help within and outside the organization.
